Shipping policy

Orders are processed 1-2 business days after submitted. 

GB Collection is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS cannot pick up your address, there will be a delay in your order being processed. If your package is returned for insufficient address customer is responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please text us immediately (951)481-2643 to resolve the issue and update your order with the correct shipping address.

If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track down your package. GB Collection does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its tracking status)
